Champagne Swagger is an exciting late-season two-year-old filly by the highly influential Hello Youmzain, out of Novelty. A big, scopey and imposing filly with plenty of strength and natural power, she has been given time to mature and develop physically before beginning her racing career. With a growing number of winners and impressive performers emerging from the first crops of Hello Youmzain, there is every reason to look forward to her debut on the All-Weather later this season.
We are offering 20 lease shares, each representing a 5% interest in Champagne Swagger, providing a fantastic opportunity to be involved from the very start of her racing journey. Dynasty Racing aims to provide high-quality products and services to all customers.
For physical merchandise purchased through our website, customers may be entitled to cancel eligible orders and request a return in accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation. Any request to return goods should be made within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible. Customers may be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Personalised, bespoke or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item and will be issued via the original payment method.
Lease shares, racing club memberships, syndicate interests and ownership opportunities are subject to their respective contractual agreements, which set out the applicable cancellation, withdrawal, transfer, refund and termination provisions. By completing an online purchase, customers confirm that they have reviewed and accepted the relevant agreement prior to purchase.

Syndicate Lease Agreement for Champagne Swagger, a 2024 bay filly by Hello Youmzain (Fr) out of Novelty (GB)
Champagne Swagger (“Horse”) is a 2-year-old filly owned by Luke Lillingston (“Owner”). The Owner has leased her to the Danum Partnership (“Lessee”) to be trained by Oli Rix (“Trainer”) from the 1st of March 2026 to the 28th of February 2027.
Twenty shares (“Share”) in the Horse are now available on a short-term lease basis. The all-inclusive cost for a 5% share is £170 per month. Shareholder (“Shareholder”) commitment is from the date of payment until the 28th of February 2027.
Application
I apply to lease a Share of 5% in Champagne Swagger (GB) a bay filly by Hello Youmzain (FR) out of Novelty (GB) Date of Website Purchase/ subscription Set up, to the 28th of February 2027 . Oli Rix will train the Horse.

British Horseracing Authority (BHA) Code of Conduct
This Agreement has been written to fully comply with the BHA Shared Ownership Regulation “Syndicate Code of Conduct” effective 1 May 2021.
Participation in The Danum Partnership Champagne Swagger Lease Syndicate (“Lease Syndicate”) must not be regarded as an investment or security. Each Shareholder acknowledges that participation in the Lease Syndicate is for the purpose of recreation and sharing in the enjoyment of the horse. Prospective applicants must only apply for a Share if they are aware of the risks involved in racehorse ownership and should place no reliance on recovering their outlay.
Cancellation
If the Lessee at any time considers that insufficient Shares have been sold then the Lessee shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, whereupon monies paid by applicants for a Share will be refunded without interest.

All decisions of the Lease Syndicate will be taken by the Manager whose decisions will be final and binding on the Shareholders and open to no appeal or question.
All decisions on the care, training and racing of the Horse will be made by the Trainer.
In the case of a disagreement with another Shareholder, or the Lessee, the following process will be followed:
1. The Shareholder complains formally to the Manager requesting a response within 21 days.
2. There is then scrutiny of the complaint against the contract and behavior of the Shareholder or the Lessee, hopefully resolving the dispute.
The BHA is not able to act as a mediator in the case of a dispute between Shareholders and the Lessee. However, if the Shareholder believes that the Lessee has breached the Rules of Racing (including the Syndicate Code of Conduct), this should be reported to the BHA for investigation.
The Lessee’s Weatherby’s bank account will be used for all payments, whether received from Shareholders or in respect of prize money or otherwise, that will be credited and to which all Syndicate expenses will be debited.
To protect all shareholders, £10 million of third-party liability insurance has been taken out by the Lessee.
The Manager and Trainer will keep each Shareholder informed on a regular basis of the progress in the training of the Horse and races for which the horse is entered. The Racing Manager App and a WhatsApp group will be established through which information will be passed to Shareholders. The Manager shall also arrange for Shareholders to view the Horse and to attend race meetings.
The lease term will end on the 28th of February 2027.
Limit on Liability
It shall be the Manager’s responsibility to ensure that the Lease Syndicate operates within budget, and the Shareholders shall in no circumstances be liable for any sums over and above the amounts stated on the first page of this Agreement.
No Shareholder shall have any claim against the Owner, Lessee, the Manager or against any other Shareholder in respect of any loss or injury sustained by the Horse howsoever caused.
Shareholder Benefits
1. 80% of the owner’s net prize money will be split between the 20 shares (5% per share).
2. Prize money is paid to shareholders at the end of the quarter it is won in, subject always to variation to reflect any debt due from any Shareholder.
3. 5% of 5% of any sale price if the filly is sold during the lease period. If sold, the lease would cease immediately.
4. A welcome pack including certificate, letter from the Trainer, a photograph and small gift.
5. 2 owner badges per share to the racetrack when the Horse runs. If demand for Owner’s badges exceeds allocation all shareholders wishing to attend will be given at least free entry to the racecourse.
6. Meet and greet with the Trainer’s team and jockey in the paddock pre- and post- race.
7. Visits to the Trainer’s yard in Newmarket (by arrangement).
8. The Racing Manager app and a WhatsApp group for communication.
9. A monthly newsletter offering information across all Dynasty Racing Syndicates.
General
The Lease Syndicate is a racehorse shared ownership scheme established and managed by the Lessee. It is not a Syndicate within the meaning of section 1 of the Syndicate Act 1890. Save as stated below, the partners in the Lease Syndicate have no authority to bind the Lease Syndicate.
There will be no more than 20 Shares.
The Owner owns the Horse and is free leasing her to the Lessee for the benefit of the Lease Syndicate. A Lease Agreement signed by the owner, lessee and trainer has been submitted to the BHA and a copy is available on request.
Any unsold Shares in the Horse will remain the Lessee’s property until they are sold as provided in this Agreement. All costs and benefits of the unsold shares will remain the responsibility of the Lessee. The Horse will race in the Owner name and colours of Dynasty Racing.
The Lessee is registered for VAT under the Sponsorship Framework for Racehorse Owners established by the British Horseracing Board.
Shareholders will be subject to, and regulated by, certain provisions of the Rules of Racing for the duration of the Lease Syndicate with explicit reference to the following chapters (which may be subject to change from time to time on notice by the BHA to The Lessee): (J) Integrity and (L) BHA Investigations and Disciplinary Action.
If a Shareholder shall become bankrupt, or a disqualified or an excluded person (as defined by the Rules of Racing) the Share and Shareholder’s rights under this Agreement shall be forfeited to the Lessee.
Transfer of Ownership
Apart from any Share owned by or forfeited to the Lessee the sale, lease, transfer or assignation of a Share is not allowed other than in the cases of the death of a Shareholder when the Share may be transferred to no more than one named personal representative or beneficiary subject to the agreement of the Lessee.
Leaving the Lease Syndicate
A Shareholder may opt to leave the Lease Syndicate at any time but will immediately forfeit any rights to accrued prize money or any other Shareholder benefits effective only if remaining in the Lease Syndicate for the full term.
Law
The law governing this Agreement shall be the law of England.
